Description

Late 18th to early 19th century. Large 2- and 3-storey building built into rising ground at S. To N 3-storey brewery, to S 2-storey and basemebt house, continuous floor level.

HOUSE: harled with raised painted margins, later central timber porch, door with fanlight. All windows single light, sash and case, 12-pane glazing pattern to ground, 9-pane to 1st. Piended slate roofs, sandstone ridges, coped apex stack, square cans.

BREWERY: painted brick and rubble. 3 tall storeys. Large vehicle entrances to ground, all single light windows above, mixed glazing. Blocked hoist doors to 1st and 2nd. Piended roof, sandstone ridges, roof covering corrugated asbestos.
