Description

This is a mid-19th century double-pile house and shop. It is constructed of gault brick, with a shallow-pitched slate roof and end stacks. The building is three storeys high. The second floor has a range of three hung sashes with glazing bars. The first floor has three larger, similar sashes. A mid-19th century shop front with three bays, pilasters, and a plain entablature is notable and contributes to the group value. The building is listed for its shop front.
