Description

The Tower Windmill, located at the rear of Number 40 on Stonald Road in Whittlesey, dates from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of local callow brick and stands five storeys tall. The windmill features an ogee capping, although the sails have been removed. It has small square windows, with the upper ones having segmental arches. The machinery inside has also been removed.
