Description

The Old Farmhouse is a cottage that likely dates from the late 16th century, with a raised roof and inserted floors added in the 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped with a thatched roof made of original reed and sedge thatch, featuring a ridge stack. The building has one storey and an attic, arranged in a three-unit plan. There are two modern casement dormer windows and two ground floor casement windows, along with one garden casement. A modern porch has also been added.
