Farmhouse, mid to late C19. Gault brick; slate roof. Ridge stack and end stack to right hand. Two storeys. Three unit plan. Four first floor sixteen-paned hung sash windows in cambered brick arches. Three similar ground floor windows. Half-glazed door in reeded wooden architrave.
