Description

The dovecote located to the east of Number 28 (Crowland Farmhouse) is an early 19th-century structure. It is built of clunch and features a hipped plain tile roof with a gablet flight entry that is boarded over. The dovecote has a square plan and includes a boarded entrance door set in a segmental arch facing west. Inside, there are six hundred and fifty clay-bat pigeon holes with limestone ledges.
