Description

Crowland Farmhouse is a house built in the 1830s by the builder Stephen Gardiner. It has walls of clunch faced with white gault brick and a hipped slate roof with end stacks. The facade is of four bays, with four twelve-paned sash windows on the first floor and three similar windows on the ground floor, set within cambered brick arches. The original front door is five panelled and is set within a moulded stone doorcase, topped with a patterned rectangular fanlight.
