Description

Magdalene College features railings, gate piers, and gates leading to the garden on Magdalene Street, constructed in 1873 and designed by F. C. Penrose. The structure includes fine wrought iron gates and stone piers, complemented by a red brick wall topped with spike railings. As of September 1970, the gateway had been removed due to building works but is planned to be replaced on a new alignment.
