Description

The churchyard railings, wall, gates, and gate piers located west of the Church of St Mary Magdalene are likely from the late 19th century. The north and west entrances feature squared sandstone piers with chamfered angles and caps. The wrought iron gates are designed with spiked rails, and the north entrance includes an arched iron lamp mounted on a bracket. A low sandstone wall with chamfered coping supports cast iron railings that have pointed heads. This structure is included partly for its group value with the nearby church.
