This building is a shop adjacent to the Bell Inn, which was formerly listed as Bell Cottage. It dates from the 18th century or possibly earlier and is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior. The building has two storeys and features a red plain tile roof. The ground floor has been modernized for shop use, while the first floor projects outward. There are three windows on the upper level, which are double hung sashes.
