Description

Elveze is an early 19th-century cottage located on the north side of High Street in Eye. It is constructed of gault brick and features a slate roof with gabled ends. The building stands two storeys tall and has two windows across its front. The first floor has three-light casements, while the ground floor includes two splayed bays with sash windows that have glazing bars and a dentilled cornice. The entrance is marked by a central flush panel door set within an alcove that has panels. This cottage is included for its group value with other nearby structures.
