Description

No. 85 High Street is a 17th century cottage made of rendered stone and topped with a thatched roof that features coped gable ends. The building is one storey high with an attic and has two windows, which have been replaced with modern casements. There are two eyebrow dormers and a modern boarded door located at the center of the cottage. An end stack is present. Although the interior has been gutted, it still retains a fireplace bressumer with a stop-chamfer.
