Southill Estate cottage. Plaque: "S W 1796." Colourwashed roughcast over timber frame. Clay tile roof. 2-room plan, one storey and attics, with lean- to addition to N gable end. Original block has 2 ground floor 2-light casements and one central box dormer with 2-light casement. Central door under gabled hood on cut brackets. Red brick integral stack to S gable end.
