Description

70 and 71 High Street are a pair of cottages from the Southill Estate, built in 1796 as indicated by a plaque. They feature a colourwashed roughcast exterior over a timber frame and have a clay tile roof. The cottages have a four-room layout, with one storey and attics. The ground floor includes four two-light casements, while the attics have two box dormers with two-light casements. There are two plain doors and a central multiple red brick ridge stack.
