GV II Southill Estate cottage, formerly a pair. Plaque "S W 1796" may be C20, but probably correct. Colourwashed roughcast over timber frame, with clay tile roof. Four-room plan in total, one storey and attics. Ground floor has two two-light and two three-light casements, attic has two box dormers with two-light casements. Two doorways now blocked and replaced by central gabled porch. Central red brick double ridge stack.
