Description

House at 99 Grange Road, dating from the 17th century, features a colour washed roughcast exterior over a timber framed structure and a thatched roof. The building has a three-room plan and is one storey high with attics, presenting a gable end to the road. The south elevation includes three two-light casement windows with glazing bars on the ground floor, along with two eyebrow dormers that have two-light leaded casements. The front door is positioned between the two left-hand bays but is not aligned with the red brick double ridge stack. There is also a weather boarded lean-to addition on the left-hand gable end.
