Description

The Croft is a house that dates from the 17th and 19th centuries. It features a colour-washed rough cast exterior over a timber frame and has a 20th-century tiled roof. The building has a three-room plan and is one storey high with attics. On the ground floor, there are three canted bay windows from the 19th century, each topped with slate roofs. The attic includes three gabled dormers, and all windows are casements with glazing bars. The entrance consists of a partly glazed plank door set in a moulded surround. There is one red brick double ridge stack and another red brick external stack on the south gable end. Additionally, there is a lean-to addition at the rear.
