Description
No. 47 Northill Road is an 18th-century cottage constructed with colour washed rough cast over a timber frame and topped with a thatched roof. The building features a two-room plan and is one storey high with attics. There are two 20th-century casement windows, and the front door is aligned with a double ridge stack. The rear of the cottage has seen 20th-century additions.
