Description

The building is a former bier house located at No. 1 on Willington Road, dating from the 19th century. It features a timber-framed structure with red brick infill, and the upper section is designed in a herring-bone pattern. The roof is covered with clay tiles. The gable end facing the road has Tudor style wooden double doors, while the rear gable includes a three-light window with leaded diamond panes. Both gables have plain bargeboards, and instead of finials, there are wooden crosses.
