Description

The Five Bells Public House is a 17th-century public house located on Northill Road in Copple. It features a colour-washed rough cast exterior over a timber frame and has a clay tile roof. The building has a four-room plan with a single-bay addition to the south gable end and stands two storeys tall. There are 19th and 20th-century additions at the rear. The windows are a mix of casement types, all with glazing bars, with four on the ground floor and five on the first floor. The entrance includes two plank doors.
