No. 45 High Street is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It features a timber-framed construction with rough cast that is colour washed on the ground floor, while the timber framing is exposed on the first floor. The roof is covered with pantiles. The cottage has a two-room plan and stands two storeys tall. The central front includes a 20th-century gabled porch. There are two 2-light leaded casements on both floors. At the rear, there is a single-storey lean-to addition.
