Rosebrook Cottage is a house dating from the early to mid 18th century. It has a timber frame constructed with light scantling, featuring colour-washed plaster infill and colour-washed plaster render at the rear. The cottage has a gabled thatch roof, with a hipped roof over the bay on the right side, and brick stacks at the ends. The building follows a three-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic, displaying a three-window range. There is a mid 20th-century porch and leaded-light casements, including eyebrow dormers, along with a mid 20th-century door located in the bay to the right. The interior includes chamfered beams and 18th-century roof trusses, as well as plank doors.
