Description
Beaumont's is a house located approximately 150 metres north of The Manor. It dates from the 17th century and was reworked in the 19th century. The building features a substantial timber frame structure in the upper part, while the ground floor has been rebuilt in mottled red brick. It has a clay tile roof and a two-room plan across two storeys, with a brick lean-to addition on the south elevation.
On the north elevation, the ground floor has two 3-light casements, and the first floor has two 2-light and two single-light casements. All of these windows are 20th-century replacements with diamond leading. There is a slightly off-centre red brick ridge stack that serves a back-to-back hearth. In line with this stack is a doorway, which now features a 20th-century door and sidelights, along with a gabled open porch.
