Description

SP 9832-9932 EVERSHOLT WITTS END 11/55 - No 35 (Witts End Close) 22.10.52 (formerly listed as Wakes End Farm GV II House) House, formerly subdivided. Later C16. Substantial timber framed construction with red brick infill. Hipped clay tile roof. 3-room plan, 2 storeys and attics. Ground floor has 4 3-light casements, first floor has 2 3-light casements, 4 single lights and one 2-light casement. Attic has gabled dormer with casement window. Some have leaded lights, some have glazing bars. Plank door under gabled bracketed hood. Substantial brick ridge stack, serving 2 LH rooms, with moulded base and cornice. Red brick external stack to RH end wall.
