Description
This outbuilding, located approximately 30 metres north of Chicksands Priory, dates from the late 18th century. It forms the northern side of the stable courtyard and is constructed of red brick with a hipped clay tile roof. The building is a single-storey rectangular block. The south elevation features two doorways, with the left-hand one blocked, and two windows, all of which have two-centred arched heads. At the centre of the roof, there are two rows of three small gablets, likely providing access to a pigeon loft.
