Description

Danver's Thatch is a 17th-century cottage located in Staploe and Duloe. It features a timber frame with rough cast infill and a thatched roof. The building has a two-bay plan and stands two storeys high. On the south elevation, the ground floor includes one four-light casement window with wooden mullions and one two-light casement window. The first floor has two single-light casement windows with glazing bars. There is a plank door located under an open gabled porch on the left-hand side. A red brick gable end stack is also positioned on the left. To the left, there is a color-washed and thatched addition with a red brick gable end stack.
