House. Circa 1840. Flemish bond purple brick with darker headers. Slate hipped roof with deep eaves. Slightly projecting brick stacks at the sides, each with two squat circular shafts with spiral pattern brickwork. PLAN: Two front rooms and central entrance, and with wing to the rear right. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window west front with 8-pane sashes, the ground floor with fluted lintels; central doorway with pilastered doorcase with a broken-bed pediment, semi-circular fanlight and panelled door. Backs on to the Staffordshire and Worcestershire canal at the rear. INTERIOR not inspected.
