Description
A row of four houses dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations in the late 20th century. The houses are constructed of brick with a tile roof featuring brick coped verges. They are two storeys high with an attic space, lit by four gabled dormers. A band runs along the ground floor. The windows are 3-light casements of 20th-century date; those on the ground floor have segmental heads. In the centre of the row is a passageway, accessed through a doorway with a segmental head and a 20th-century ledged and boarded door. Entrances to numbers 23 and 24 are positioned to the left and right of the passageway, featuring wooden architraves, 20th-century gabled wooden canopies supported by wooden brackets, and 20th-century ledged and boarded doors. Numbers 22 and 25 each have a similar entrance detail at the left and right corners of the row, respectively.
