Description

This barn, located about 15 metres south of Parr's Farmhouse, dates from the mid-18th century and features some alterations from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of brick and has a tiled roof, forming an L-plan layout. The west front includes a gabled range that projects forward to the left, which has a brick coped verge. The right range features a dog-tooth brick cornice and a semi-elliptical entrance to the threshing floor. There is also a low entrance in the right-hand corner under a segmental head, along with hit-and-miss ventilation.
