Description
Clay House Bridge, also known as No 25, is a canal bridge dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick with some stone dressings. The bridge features a semi-elliptical arch that spans the canal, which is adorned with a brick label and a stone keystone. Above the arch, there is a parapet topped with stone coping. A cast iron plate located over the center of the arch displays the name and number of the bridge.
