Description

Churchill Old Farm is a late 18th-century farmhouse with alterations from the mid-20th century. It is constructed of brick with a tile roof, stone-coped verges, and gable-end stacks. The building is three storeys high and features a moulded plaster cornice. The front elevation has three windows: a boxed glazing bar sash window in the centre, and two tripartite sash windows to either side, all set under plastered, wedge-shaped lintels with keystones. Above, on the second floor, two eight-pane boxed sashes flank a six-pane boxed sash, all similarly treated. The central ground floor entrance has an open, pedimented doorcase with fluted pilasters and a glazed door.
