Description
Broadcroft Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse with some late 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped slate roof with rear stacks. The building has three storeys and three windows on the front. The windows include two 16-pane boxed sashes on either side of a boxed glazing bar sash, all set beneath segmental heads. On the second floor, there are 8-pane boxed sashes flanking a 6-pane boxed sash, also under similar heads. The ground floor showcases two bow windows with tripartite sashes on either side of a central entrance. This entrance is highlighted by a pilastered doorcase with an open pediment, a radially glazed fanlight, and a half-glazed door.
