Description

This is a mid-18th century house, later used as a shop and flat. It was updated in the early 20th century with some late 20th century alterations. The house is constructed of stuccoed brick with a machine tile roof. It is three storeys high with an attic, featuring a flat-roofed dormer. The front has one window. The second floor has two timber cross-windows; the ground floor has a 20th-century shop front with two shallow bow windows flanking a central entrance. The entrance has a 3-pane overlight and a glazed door. The building is included on the list because of its contribution to the group value of buildings in the area.
