Description

Lyndon Cottage and Rhoallen is a house that has been divided into two residences. It dates from the late 17th century and has undergone some alterations in the mid-19th century and mid-20th century. The building is constructed from coursed lias rubble and has a concrete tile roof. There is a lateral stack at the rear and an inserted brick stack at the front right-hand corner. The structure is one storey high with an attic, which is illuminated by two 2-light stone mullioned windows with dripmoulds in the gables. On the ground floor, there are two 4-light stone mullioned windows with square labels. The entrance to Lyndon Cottage features a 20th-century ledged and boarded door, while the entrance to Rhoallen is located in the left-hand gable end.
