Description
This barn, located about 25 metres east of The Bumble Hole, dates from the 17th century and was rebuilt around 1979. It features a timber-frame structure set on a sandstone plinth, with rendered infill panels and a tiled roof. The barn consists of three framed bays aligned east to west, with a central threshing floor; the doors on the south side have been removed. The framing includes two square panels in height, and the trusses have queen struts supporting the collar. The barn was originally taken from Clay Green Farm in Bransford around 1976.
