Description
This building is a barn and cart shed located about 40 metres east of Manor Farmhouse. It dates from the 17th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. The structure features a timber frame with brick infill set on a brick plinth, and it is partly weatherboarded with a half-hipped tile roof. The barn consists of four framed bays arranged in an east/west direction, with a threshing floor located east of the centre. The west bay is lofted and the south side is open, functioning as a cart shed, while there is an entry on the left gable end. The framing consists of three square panels high. Manor Farmhouse is not included in this listing.
