Description
This building is a threshing barn and cartshed located approximately 3.5 metres south-west of Manor Farmhouse. It dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. The structure is made of squared chalk on a brick plinth, with brick quoins and dressings, and features a pantile roof. It is half-floored and has a 1½ storey threshing barn and hayloft, with a single-storey, 3-bay cartshed to the right. There is a 20th-century full-height sliding door to the left of the pitching door leading to the hayloft, both of which are set in original quoined brick surrounds, with ventilation slits below. At the rear, there are brick piers supporting the cartshed.
