Description

Old Inn Farmhouse, formerly the Bluebell Inn, dates from the late 18th century. It is a two-storey, symmetrical farmhouse with a central stairhall plan and a rear service range. The exterior is of squared chalk, now whitewashed, with brick dressings and a pantile roof. The front has a two-window arrangement; a central 20th-century door is flanked by two-light, small-pane, horizontal sliding sash windows, with similar windows to the first floor. Ground floor window openings have segmental arches constructed with header bricks. A stepped brick eaves course is present. Brick stacks are located at the ends of the building.
