House, now offices. c1840 with earlier rear range and with mid-C20 alterations. Painted stuccoed brick; flat roof behind blocking course. Three storeys with wide moulded cornice at first floor level and eaves level. Two bays articulated by three giant pilasters between cornices (also giant pilaster on left return); ground floor has a C20 shop window; first floor windows have moulded flat canopies on consoles; both first and second floor windows have moulded architraves and are 6-pane sashes (larger paned on first floor); main entrance to left of centre has a moulded flat canopy, pilasters and a glazed C20 door; also glazed C20 door to left of main entrance. Interior not inspected. At the rear of the building are two gabled wings of much earlier origin (possibly late Cl7) which would imply that the building was refronted in C19.
