Description
Goulds Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with alterations and additions from the 19th century. It is timber-framed with brick infill and a tiled roof. The cottage has two structural bays, and a large external chimney built of rubble stone with a brick stack at the east gable end. The main part of the cottage is single-storey with an attic, which is lit by a large gabled dormer. There are two casement windows on the ground floor, and two casement windows in the dormer. A central 19th-century planked door provides access. A 19th-century brick outshut is located at the rear of the property.
