Description

Holiday's Farmhouse is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with some earlier features. It is constructed of brick, with some concealed timber framing, and has a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. The windows are casements with segmental heads. The entrance is located in the middle bay, which is sheltered by a porch that has a hipped tile roof. The gables are coped, and there are gable chimneys, with the right-hand stack projecting and featuring offsets.

The interior was not accessible during the survey, but it is reported to contain some visible remains of timber framing in the internal walls.
