It is constructed of handmade brick, with some areas rendered, and features a plain tiled roof that has a gable-end parapet and kneelers, along with a brick stack at the south end of the ridge. The building is two storeys high with an attic and includes a three-course band at the first-floor level. It has two bays, with two ground floor three-light 19th-century casement windows that have cambered heads, and two first-floor two-light 19th-century casement windows.
