2/26 Nineveh Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C17 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations. Timber-framed, painted brick and rendered infill, brick plinth and replacement walling and additions, fishscale-tiled roof. Two framed bays aligned north/south; external chimneys with offsets and large decorative C19 stacks with cogged courses at gable ends. Single storey and attic with dormers. Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate; collar and tie-beam truss with two struts visible at north gable end. West front elevation: ground floor has a C19 canted bay window with metal casements to the left and a 3-light C20 casement to the right; two gabled dormers with 2-light C20 casements; central entrance has a C19 gabled timber-framed porch, C20 door and windows with two latticed lights in side elevations. Porch, dormers and gable ends have moulded bargeboards. Interior not inspected. C19 addition at rear with present main entrance.
