Description

This is a water pump located about 3 yards south of Puddleford Farmhouse, dating from the mid-19th century. It is made of painted cast iron and features an upper section that is fluted, topped with a fluted domical cap and a finial. The name of the foundry, "HERBERT BALE, KIDD," is inscribed down the north side of the pump. It is included for its group value with the surrounding buildings.
