Description

This sundial, dated 1752, is located about one yard south-east of the vestry of the Church of St John the Baptist. It is made of sandstone ashlar and features a low square plinth with a cube-shaped base. The square stem rises about three feet high and has a moulded cornice. On the south side of the cube base, there is an inscription that reads "? H" along with the date "1752" below it.
