Description

Tee Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 17th century, with alterations from the 19th and 20th centuries. It is built of brick on a sandstone plinth, featuring a plain tiled roof and brick end stacks. The building has a T-shaped plan and stands 2 and a half storeys high, constructed in English Garden wall bond with brick coped verges and a band at the ground floor level. It has three gabled dormers and five windows, which are 19th-century two-light casements with segmental heads on the ground floor. The central entrance is also under a segmental head and includes a 20th-century rectangular fanlight and a plank door. Inside, the farmhouse features chamfered and stopped beams, several doors with moulded vertical planks, and a large open fireplace in the front right room.
