House. c1840, but possibly some earlier elements. Painted brick; tile roof with fishscale tile bands and brick stacks. Tudor Revival style. Single storey and attic with 2-storey cross wing. Decorative barge boards. Wing has windows with chamfered reveals and label moulds and casements, of 3 lights with transom to ground floor, of 2 lights to 1st floor; gabled dormer to left has weatherboarding and decorative barge boards over casement; entrance has 4-centred head and half-glazed door. Left return has asymmetrical gable with barge boards and projecting end stack with octagonal fluted shafts; similar stacks to wing and rear. INTERIOR not inspected.
