Description
Lilac Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century, with a later rear wing. It is constructed of painted brick and features a tiled roof with brick end stacks. The building is designed in an L-plan and stands two storeys high with a two-window range. It has a dentilled frieze, and the segmental-headed windows are fitted with casements that include leaded glazing and iron opening casements. On the left side, there is a lean-to outshut with an entrance located in a gabled porch. The rear wing displays similar architectural features. The interior has not been inspected.
