Description
Nos 92 and 94 on Elm Road are a pair of semi-detached houses built around 1900. They are almost symmetrical and feature a roughcast exterior with a tiled roof, standing two storeys tall. The houses have four bays, with the outer bays slightly advanced and adorned with timber-framed gables that overhang on brackets. In the central two bays, the ground floor has a three-light casement window set back within a shallow segmental arched recess, while the first floor features a three-light dormer window in the roof. Number 92 includes a ground floor bow window and a first floor oriel window, whereas number 94 has a canted bay window that extends through both storeys.
