Description
Nos. 10 and 12 Sycamore Road, dated 1902, are a semi-detached pair of houses. They are constructed of brick and feature a tiled roof with a tall central panelled chimney. The buildings are two storeys high, with each house consisting of two bays. Each house has two tall crow-stepped gables, each gable containing an egg-shaped recess made of radiating brick and a central arched rainwater outlet. The ground floor of each house features a canted bay window, while the first floor has two 4-light casement windows, with the centre two lights extending into semi-circular heads. Above the entrances, there are swept roofs and dormer windows with two lights, each topped with Chinese-like tented roofs.
